. PPS has been mandated by The Hollard Insurance Company Ltd (Hollard) to advise on and sell its products.
. As a licensed Financial Services Provider in terms of the FAIS Act, PPS Marketing Services accepts responsibility for the actions of its
representatives, acting within the scope and course of their employment.
. Our representatives meet the fit and proper requirements as prescribed by FAIS, and are qualified to assist you in a professional
manner with your financial requirements.

. PPS Marketing Services has no shareholding in any Short-Term Insurance company.
. PPS Marketing Services has received more than 30% of its total commission from Hollard over the last calendar year.

. Broker commission is earned on short-term policies issued at a maximum of the following rates:
. -Motor insurance: 12.5% of Premium -Non-motor Insurance: 20% of premium

4. Important matters for you to note:
. You are entitled to be informed of any material changes to the information above.
. Should you have a complaint regarding the advice or financial service rendered, first try to resolve it with PPS. Should the complaint
not be adequately resolved, you have the right to refer the matter to the FAIS Ombud on the contact details below.
. Should you have a complaint regarding a claim or the policy itself you may submit a written complaint to The Hollard Insurance
Company Ltd. Should the complaint not be adequately resolved, you have the right to refer the matter to The Short-Term Insurance
Ombudsman, on the contact details below.
. You are entitled to a grace period of 15 days from the due date within which to pay your premium. However, this period of grace
only applies from the second month on monthly policies. Please check your policy document to see what your payment date is.
. Should you not pay your premium on time, your policy will automatically be cancelled without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure
your premium has been paid on time.
. All material facts must be accurately, fully and properly disclosed to you. All information provided by you, or on your behalf, is your
own responsibility. You need to be satisfied with the accuracy of any transaction submitted by PPS on your behalf.
. Misrepresentation, incorrect or non-disclosure by you of any material facts or circumstances may impact negatively on any claims arising
from your insurance contract.
. You are entitled to a full copy of the policy. It is a legal document and you have a joint responsibility to ensure that you have
received the full contract. If you have not received a copy within 30 days, kindly contact PPS without delay. The policy wording and
the Insurance schedule must be read as one document.
. Do not sign any blank or incomplete documents. No Financial Services Provider may request or insist that you do so.
